Standards
It is important to me that you can have confidence in the service that I provide. Whilst you may not fully understand how websites work, I want you to be confident that what I deliver will not only work, but be of a high standard.
Some elements of this are easily discernable even with little understanding of the technical side of things (does it look good? When I click a link does it go where it should? Etc) . On the other hand some aspects to a certain degree you have to take on trust. This is why I have outlined the more technical standards I work to under two headings:
