Web Hosting

Once your website has been built, in order for it to be visible on the net it has to be hosted. This means that it is stored on a server, which is essentially a computer which is permanently online and whose sole purpose is to serve up webpages.

You may already have hosting in place with another provider. This is fine as long as the package you have supports the functionality needed. If not then I am able to provide a hosting service at very reasonable rates (these will depend on the level of service you require). The company I currently use for all my hosting is LiquidSix.

If you choose to host your site through me, I will set the account up for you. Each account has its own web based control panel which allows you (should you wish) to administer many aspects of your hosting and email. However if you’d rather I am happy to carry out all administration tasks for you.
